Refund policy
Our Commitment We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at houseofmoklare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package to us at: Clayville, Olifantsfontein. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
- Beauty or personal care products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Sale items or gift cards
Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at houseofmoklare@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at houseofmoklare@gmail.com.
Consumer Rights In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to return unsafe or defective goods within 6 months of purchase for a full refund, replacement, or repair.
