Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over [your threshold, e.g. R750]. This will be applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping At this time, we ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress directly with the courier.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, courier capacity, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at houseofmoklare@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
